When asked for a personal trainer recommendation, the first name that comes to mind is Stan. As a former competitive athlete and military fitness leader who struggled to find trainers that understood my specific needs as a woman and a mother, I cannot express how much Stan's coaching meant to me.
From our initial consultation, Stan took my medical history and goals seriously and never made me feel like my "mom-bod" was an issue. I had some reservations about rebuilding my body in a gym setting due to previous injuries and feeling intimidated, but Stan made the equipment and routines accessible to me and empowered me to push myself. Clearly, Stan cared about my success and adjusted workouts to fit my needs without being condescending, exemplifying the difference between a trainer of equipment and a life coach facilitating long-term health and strength.
I particularly appreciate his knowledge and expertise in women's health and fitness, which is rare. Unlike many male trainers who focus solely on body-building, Stan is a life coach who helps clients achieve long-term health and strength. Thanks to Stan, I was able to rediscover my inner athlete beyond the temporary limitations brought on by childbirth and see actual results.
Working with Stan is an act of self-love for the whole mind/body/gut, and I am excited to work with him again in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend Stan to anyone, regardless of age, gender, or ability. Stan, you are truly the bomb!
