  • Muscles for Miles

    Muscles for Miles is an online workout community and subscription-based program designed to help you prepare for your next endurance event or obstacle course race. We offer four 12-week training cycles per year, each with a specific focus on preparing for a 5k, 10k, 1/2 marathon, and full marathon by the end of the year. These training cycles are divided into three phases - Basebuilding (Endurance), Growth (Hypertrophy), and Peak (Power/Taper) - to ensure that you are properly trained and conditioned for your chosen event. While we recommend having intermediate to advanced training experience or knowledge to get the most out of the program, our guided strength and conditioning workouts can be easily modified to suit individuals of all fitness levels. Whether you're looking to improve your muscle mass, reduce your injury risk, or set a personal best, Muscles for Miles has something for everyone.

  • Strength Sculpt

    Welcome to Strength Sculpt! This is an exclusive fitness community and program specifically designed for intermediate to advanced exercisers looking to achieve strength and aesthetic goals. Our program follows three month training cycles, each divided into three separate phases, featuring resistance training workouts four times per week, a guided conditioning program, and the opportunity to track your progress and results.

    Our program is designed to help you increase your overall strength in four primary movement patterns: Hinge, Squat, Horizontal Push, and Vertical Push. In addition to progressive strength training, we also include exercises that help lower injury risk and improve overall body composition.

    Workouts are released in four-week segments on the first of every month. Join us and take the first step towards achieving your strength and fitness goals!
