As I’m closing in on 40, I’ve been making taking care of myself more of a priority. I want to look better and keep the dad-bod in check. Most importantly, I want to feel good and be healthy. Stan has helped me tremendously with those goals.
Before I met Stan, I could barely do a lunge. I had no weightlifting experience. Now, I’m confident moving big weights using a variety of lifts. I’m hoping to join the 1,000 pound club this year, and am confident that I can do it with Stan’s help. I’m putting on muscle, body fat is down, and most importantly I feel better than I’ve felt in years. I sleep better, my mood is better, and my ability to deal with stress is improved.

He puts effort into keeping things fresh, keeps the muscles guessing, and can quickly adjust as needs arise. Muscle X is feeling tight? Then we’ll swap out movement Y for movement Z.
