Almond Butter Collagen Cookies

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon Ground Flaxseed

3 Tablespoons Water

1/2 Cup Almond Butter (Creamy)

1/4 Cup Collagen Powder

1/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

  2. Stir flaxseed and water together in a small bowl. Set aside for 5 minutes.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine almond butter, collagen powder, and brown sugar.

  4. Stir in flaxseed mixture until fully combined.

  5. Scoop batter into nine disks on the prepared baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 14 minutes.

  7. Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
