Ingredients:

1 Medium Banana (Peeled & Mashed)

1 Large Egg

3 Large Egg Whites

1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

1/2 Teaspoon Honey

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1/2 Teaspoon Coconut Oil

Instructions:

  1. Mash the banana using a fork until smooth in a medium mixing bowl. Add the egg, egg whites, cinnamon, honey, and vanilla to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are well combined.

  2. Heat a small skillet over medium heat and melt the coconut oil.

  3. Pour the batter into the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 3-4 minutes or until the eggs are fully cooked and no longer runny.

  4. Once cooked, remove the banana mixture from the skillet.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
