Ingredients:

1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk 3F 3C 1P (33cal)

1 Container (150g) Vanilla Greek Yogurt

1 Scoop (1/8 Cup) Vanilla Protein Powder

1 Cup Raspberries

1/2 Lemon (Juiced)

Handful of Ice (to Preference)

Instructions:

  1. Gather all the ingredients: 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 container (150g) vanilla Greek yogurt, 1 scoop (1/8 cup) vanilla protein powder, 1 cup raspberries, 1/2 lemon (juiced), and a handful of ice.

  2. Add all the ingredients to a blender.

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass or container.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
