Wake Up Call Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 large rib celery, chopped

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley

  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup water

  • 1/2 cup cooked beets, chopped

  • 1 small orange, separated into segments

  • 3/4 cup carrots, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Blend Base Ingredients: Place the chopped celery, parsley, and water in a blender. Start blending on low speed, and as the celery and parsley begin to break down, increase to medium speed until they are completely broken down and smooth.

  2. Add Remaining Ingredients: Add the chopped beets, orange segments, and chopped carrots to the blender. Blend on medium to high speed until the desired consistency is achieved.

  3. Serve: Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
