Ingredients:
1 large rib celery, chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley
1/2 - 3/4 cup water
1/2 cup cooked beets, chopped
1 small orange, separated into segments
3/4 cup carrots, chopped
Instructions:
Blend Base Ingredients: Place the chopped celery, parsley, and water in a blender. Start blending on low speed, and as the celery and parsley begin to break down, increase to medium speed until they are completely broken down and smooth.
Add Remaining Ingredients: Add the chopped beets, orange segments, and chopped carrots to the blender. Blend on medium to high speed until the desired consistency is achieved.
Serve: Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
