Balsamic Grilled Steak

Ingredients:

1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt

1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

1 Clove Garlic (Peeled & Minced)

1 Tablespoon Drived Rosemary

1x 1.5lb Flank Steak

Instructions:

  1. In a large Ziploc plastic bag, combine salt, vinegar oil, garlic, and rosemary. Add steak, turn to coat in marinade, seal bag, and refrigerate overnight.

  2. Preheat grill and lightly oil the grate.

  3. Remove steak from marinade and grill 3-5 minutes per side. transfer steak to a cutting board and let rest 4-5 minutes.

  4. Slice steak across the grain and serve.
