Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, peanut butter, honey, protein powder, and cocoa powder until well combined.

  2. Stir in the mini chocolate chips.

  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  5. Once chilled, the protein balls are ready to eat! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
