Ingredients:

1 Large Mango (Peeled, Pitted, Diced)

2 Large Avocados (Peeled, Pitted, Diced)

1 Small Red Bell Pepper (Diced)

2 Large Roma Tomatoes (Diced)

1/2 Cup Red Onion (Diced)

3 Tablespoons Chopped Cilantro

1/2 Jalapeno Chili Pepper (Chopped, Seeded)

Juice of 1 Lime

1/8 Teaspoon Sea Salt

1/8 Teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine mango, avocados, red bell pepper, Roma tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, sea salt, and cracked black pepper.

  2. Gently mix until all ingredients are well combined.

  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to let the flavors meld.

  4. Before serving, give the salsa a quick stir to redistribute the juices.
