1/2 Cup Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt

1/4 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder

1/4 Cup Water

1 Cup Mixed Berries

1/2 Cup Fat-Free Whipped Topping

Instructions:

  1. Combine yogurt, protein powder, and water in a small bowl, whisking until blended.

  2. Place bowl in the freezer for 5 minutes.

  3. Remove from freezer, top with berries and whipped topping, and serve.
