1/2 Cup Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
1/4 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 Cup Water
1 Cup Mixed Berries

Instructions:
Combine yogurt, protein powder, and water in a small bowl, whisking until blended.
Place bowl in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Remove from freezer, top with berries and whipped topping, and serve.
